Packaging Policy

In order to keep our 'Buy New' packaging to a minimum, we like to reuse as much packaging as we are able to. This means that sometimes your outer packaging may have originally come from one of our suppliers or is a box we have been donated from our local community. We thank you for allowing us to reuse these boxes instead of us buying new. 


You may also sometimes find white peanut packing in your delivery - these are made from GM free starch and are fully biodegradable and  home compostable. They can also be dissolved fully in water, leaving behind absolutely no micro-plastics or nasty chemicals. 

Delivery Policy

We send parcels out every day from Monday to Friday.

Local Deliveries within the LS17  postcodes will be hand delivered via electric vechile 2-3 days after placing the order. At checkout please ensure you use your FREE Local Delivery code. 

We also offer a Click & Collect option at the checkout for anyone able to collect from LS17. This is available 7 days a week, with collection address and timescales confirmed via email upon completion of the order. 


Our standard shipping policy is that parcels are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class within 2 working days of order being placed.


FREE Postage for orders over £50.


We will do our very best to get parcels sent out as quickly as possible but please do get in touch with us if you require your order sooner and we will do our best to make this happen for you. 


We currently only ship to addresses within the UK. International Shipping coming very soon. 

Returns & Exchange Policy

If you aren’t satisfied with any of your products, then please drop us a message so we can help at


Decide you don’t want something when it arrives? Simply drop us a message and we will confirm the returns address. Please keep everything packaged, pop a note in with the item(s) with your name and order number plus the reasons why you are returning and post back to us.


As soon as your items arrive we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm.


Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we can not take any responsibility for lost items.
